What this site collects

Nothing automatically. This is a static website. There is no account to create, no login, no advertising network, and no third party tracking script running on any page. We do not set cookies, which is why you have not been asked to accept any.

The contact form

At the time of writing, the form on this site does not transmit anything. It validates what you type in your own browser and shows you a confirmation, and nothing leaves the page. We are between contact details at the moment, so nothing on this site can currently reach us and nothing you type into the form is recorded.

When the form is connected to a real destination, it will send only the fields you filled in, it will send them to us, and this paragraph will be rewritten to name the service that carries them. We will not sell or share what you send, and we will not add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.

Analytics

None at launch. If we add analytics later, we intend to use a service that does not track individuals across websites and does not require a cookie banner, and we will say so here before it goes live.

Photographs of your property

Photographs we take on a work order belong to the record of that property and go to you. We do not publish a client's property, address or portfolio without written permission, and we do not name clients on this website. We do not photograph personal effects, documents or mail beyond what is needed to record a condition, and we crop or skip any image that would identify an occupant unnecessarily.

Hosting

This site is hosted by Vercel, which like any web host keeps standard server logs including IP addresses for a limited period for security and operational reasons. We do not read those logs to identify visitors.
